A REVIEW OF THE AYURVEDIC MEDICINE CONCEPT IN MODERN LIFE

ABSTRACT
Ayurveda is an alternative system of medicine with historic roots in the indian subcontinent for health care system. However, the ayurvedic therapies concept have varied and developed over more than two millennia, such as the therapies include special diets, herbal medicine, yoga, massage, mediation, laxative, enemas and medicinal oils. During the vedic term in india, the earliest literature on indian medical practice has appeared in the mid - second millennium BC. The foundational works of ayurveda that is charaka and susruta samhita amongst the encyclopedia of the medicine. While of traditional chinese medicine, the panchmahabhoot that is water, earth, fire, space and air make up for a combination in the three primary doshas; vata (vayu & akash), pitta (agni & jala), kapha (prithvi & jala). As for the human is characterized by the mind – body type. If doshas are perfectly balanced, that the states are known as healthy. But if these doshas are not perfectly balanced shown a lots of problems that is concern,excessive exertion or low energy, stress, the person is propelled into a state/realm of vikruti – an imbalanced state of body & mind. The developing prompting for utilizing ayurvedic medicine as a gentler, more safe alternative to utilizing advanced pharmaceutical medications with attendant side effects keeps on being devastated on the grounds that cases about viability and well beings are not sponsored with vindication and clinical information.
