ABSTRACT

Hair fall, a common concern affecting individuals worldwide, often arises from various factors such as genetics, hormonal imbalances, stress, and environmental factors. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in natural remedies for hair fall, with Amla (Emblica officinalis), commonly known as Indian Gooseberry, gaining attention for its potential efficacy. This review article aims to explore the scientific evidence supporting the use of Amla in managing hair fall, highlighting its mechanisms of action, safety profile, and potential benefits.
