ABSTRACT

The technology of fluidized beds has shown promise for the pharmaceutical business. In 1950, the fluidized bed processer was created.The granulation, stacking, drying, and coating processes are carried out using the fluidized bed processor. With its ground-breaking methodologies and recent advancements, it is currently taking the industry by storm. The most recent and cutting-edge development in pharmaceutical granulation technology is the fluidized bed granulation process. Fluidized bed granulation is a crucial process in pharmaceutics that enhances the powder’s solubility, dissolution, and other functional qualities to prepare pharmaceutical dosage forms. Gaining an understanding of and managing the crucial process variables produced high-quality granules. The basics of fluidized bed processors and fluidized bed granulation are reviewed in this article, along with comprehensive details on their principles, benefits, thenewest technology.
