Abstract

INVESTIGATING THE GRAM-NEGATIVE AND GRAM-POSITIVE BACTERICIDAL EFFECT OF FEW COMMON PLANT EXTRACT IN RATS

ABSTRACT

Medicinal plants are used in a wide range in india to treat several diseases, this study aimed to Investigate the Gram-Negative and Gram- Positive Bactericidal effect of few common plant extract in rats. There is a need of medicines and products that are natural. Many plants shows bactericidal activity against bacteria. This suggests that plant gives bactericidal effect can be used to inhibit the growth of bacteria in food. Bacterial cells is killed by the rupturing of cell walls and cell membranes and by the disruption the intracellular matrix.
