ABSTRACT
We report the case of a 19-year-old male who was a victim of a road traffic accident (RTA), presenting with a segmental diaphyseal fracture of both bones in the left forearm and a diaphyseal fracture of the right femur. The patient was urgently managed with reduction and internal fixation of the fractures. We discuss the clinical aspects, therapeutic choices, and prognosis of this type of trauma, along with a review of the literature.
