ABSTRACT
Ageing of the skin is the result of continuous "wear and tear" processes. Chronological skin aging is a universal and inevitable process, while in contrast, photoaging results from the UV rays of sunlight, and the damage becomes apparent in sun-exposed skin. The demand for effective anti-aging products has led to the exploration of botanical extracts known for their antioxidant and anti-aging properties.[1] The main aim of this study is to prepare and formulate a anti-aging cream incorporated with standardized flower extracts of Clitoria Ternatea, Tagetes Erecta, Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis, and Rosa Indica and to evaluate it's physicochemical properties that emphasis on safety and efficacy. In this study cream was formulated based on the anti oxidation potential of flower extracts. These extracts were obtained using suitable extraction methods and standardized to ensure consistent bioactive compound content.
