Andrographolide, a bioactive compound derived from the Andrographis paniculata plant, has garnered attention for its potent anti-inflammatory properties. The utilization of transferosomes as a carrier system for andrographolide delivery has shown promising potential in enhancing its bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy. This review comprehensively examines the current state of research on andrographolide transferosome gel as a novel approach for managing inflammatory disorders.
