HERBAL FORMULATION OF EUCALYPTUS AND THYMOL SOAP.

ABSTRACT
This research paper aims to develop a formulation of herbal soap using eucalyptus leaves extract and thymol known for its multipurpose activity. The study also includes the preparation of the herbal soap as well as evaluating its physicochemical properties such as pH, foamability and other stability parameters. The results of this study can provide valuable information for the development of herbal soaps with therapeutic benefits. The herbal soap has a potential property for skin conditions such as rashes, eczema, and sunburns and guarding the skin against free radicals and oxidative stress. Our study suggests that eucalyptus and thymol soap have various pharmacological and pharmaceutical property and can be explored further for its pharmacological action. Moreover, this research contributes substantively to the escalating interest in leveraging natural products within the realm of personal care, underscoring the potential for a symbiotic relationship between science and nature in the formulation of innovative and beneficial consumer goods.
