 HPLC is an dominant Separation techniques in modern pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis of sample. It is used for both qualitative and quantitative Separation and detection of components in multicomponent analysis. Hplc have high Accuracy, Specificity, Precision, Liniarity, Range and limits of detection, limit of quantifiable, Rubstness and System suitable testing. This article prepared with aim to review different metods of development of HPLC, their Principle, instrumentation, application Hplc is most reliable, versatile, safest, dependable, fastest chromatographic techniques for quality control of drug. Hplc methods development play important role in drug discovery, development, manufacturers of pharmaceutical drugs and various studies in human and animals.
