ANALYTICAL AND OBSERVATIONAL CLINICAL EVALUATION OF NEVEN CAPSULE OF NEUONE GLOBAL MARKETING PVT. LTD. AS A RASAYANA (IMMUNITY BOOSTER) AND METABOLISM SUPPORT IN HEALTHY VOLUNTEER

ABSTRACT

This clinical trial, conducted in a randomized, placebo-controlled manner, sought to assess the effectiveness and safety of Neven Capsules by Neuone Global Marketing Pvt. Ltd as a Rasayana (Immunity Booster) and immunity enhancer. The study spanned over 8 weeks, during which the participants' white blood cell (WBC) count, a key indicator of immune function, was monitored. Initial analysis revealed no notable distinctions between the intervention and control groups at the outset. However, upon completion of the 8-week regimen, the intervention group exhibited a statistically significant surge in WBC count compared to the control group. These findings suggest a promising potential for NEVEN Capsule to positively influence immune function. Notably, no adverse events or side effects of significance were reported, indicating a favourable safety profile for the supplement. Despite these promising outcomes, further
investigation is warranted to corroborate these findings, delve into the underlying mechanisms, and ascertain any long-term implications. Individuals should exercise caution and seek guidance from healthcare professionals before integrating any new supplement into their daily regimen.
