ABSTRACT
A narrowing of the space in the spinal canal causes vertebral stenosis. Nerves that pass through the spine and the forearm may be compressed as a consequence. Most frequently, lower back and neck spinal stenosis arises. Pain, cramping, numbness, or paralysis in your arms, back, legs, or neck are caused by irritated pinched nerves. This study describes the etiology, management, follow-up, and diagnostic assessment of a patient with canal stenosis. Spinal injections, physical therapy, and medications can all aid with symptom management. Surgery may be necessary for persistent complaints. The goal of the report is to broaden the body of information by providing insightful viewpoints on the management of canal stenosis and its effects on the outcomes of patients.
