ABSTRACT
Garbhasanskar and Ayurveda are two ancient practices deeply rooted in Indian traditions that offer a holistic approach to prenatal care. Garbhasanskar, derived from ancient scriptures, focuses on nurturing and educating the fetus in the womb through cultural, spiritual, and health-oriented interventions. Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine, provides the foundation for Garbhasanskar practices by guiding principles related to diet, lifestyle, and therapeutic interventions to support the well-being of both the expectant mother and her unborn child. This research paper explores the historical context, philosophical underpinnings, and cultural practices associated with Garbhasanskar, along with the Ayurvedic perspective on prenatal care. Additionally, the study delves into the scientific evidence and modern studies that validate the potential benefits of these practices for maternal and fetal health. By integrating the ancient wisdom ofGarbhasanskar with contemporary evidence, this research seeks to propose ways to incorporate these practices into modern prenatal care, ultimately promoting the overall well-being of both mother and child.
