ABSTRACT
The purpose of this review is to create an awareness and an outline about the influence and establishment of an Artificial Intelligence based pattern learning system in the Neonatal Intensive care Unit to in order to early detect probabilities of sepsis, and as the access for venous sites for infants and premature are difficult the dosing accuracy and interval due to factors like precipitate formed or any kind of blockade, and as the catheter size is very narrow and are very limited difficult. A single access Peripherally inserted central catheters are used in common for IV drug administration and Parenteral nutrition therefore the risk of causing IV incompatibilities and infection rates are high and is a daily challenging issue and there is a lack scientific trials providing a reliable strategy of solution regarding this. Hence the accuracy of drug administration and efficacy could be considered verychallenging.
