ABSTRACT
This study presents analytical methodologies for the determination of ketorolac tromethamine, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, employing reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and UV spectroscopy. The RP-HPLC method utilizes a C18 column and a mobile phase comprising acetonitrile and phosphate buffer, demonstrating high specificity and precision. UV spectroscopy involves the measurement of absorbance at a wavelength of maximum absorption. Both methods exhibit excellent linearity, accuracy, and sensitivity for ketorolac tromethamine quantification. These validated techniques offer reliable tools for pharmaceutical quality control, ensuring accurate dosage assessment and potency evaluation in formulations containing ketorolac tromethamine.
