ABSTRACT
Carpo-metacarpal dislocations of the fingers represent uncommon injuries. The initial case was documented by Rivington in 1873.[1] Clinical suspicion leads to diagnosis, which is then confirmed through radiological assessment. Management entails prompt repositioning, utilization of pins for unstable injuries, and adjunctive cast immobilization.
