ABSTRACT

Formulation FM-1 showed an initial drug content percentage of 95.4%. However, after 15 days at room temperature, it decreased slightly to 94.6%. Similarly, Formulation FM-2 started with an initial drug content of 96.6% but experienced a decrease to 95.4% after the same duration. On the other hand, Formulation FM-3 had an initial drug content of 95.4%, which actually increased to 96.5% after 15 days. Formulation FM-4 had an initial drug content of 96.6% and decreased to 95.4% over the course of 15 days. Lastly, Formulation FM-5 showed an initial drug content percentage of 94.4% which increased slightly to 94.5% after 15 days. The blood glucose levels of the samples were measured on Days 0, 8, and 15 of the experiment. The control group, which received no treatment, had relatively stable blood glucose levels throughout the experiment, starting at 83 mg/dL and slightly increasing to 100 mg/dL on Day 8 and 102 mg/dL on Day 15. In conclusion, the control group exhibited a total protein level of 6.75 mg/dL. The standard drug group had a higher total protein level of 8.10 mg/dL. The treated group showed two measurements, with total protein levels of 8.12 mg/dL and 7.05 mg/dL, respectively.
