A REVIEW ARTICLE ON SHITAPITTA

ABSTRACT People do not adhere to the swasthavritta's guidelines in the modern environment of changing lifestyles and sedentary behaviour. Environmental pollution, unhealthy eating habits, stress from work, and other variables have emerged as major initiators of disease. One of the Tvak Vikaras is Sheetopitta, which has extreme itching and the formation of wheals all over the body. ache and a burning sensation.Sheetapitta's symptomatology and contributing factors can be compared to "Urticaria" Doshax vata, pita, and inpha alone, pita among the threeRas and Rakta are the primary two Dushya, while vata and kapha dosha are predominate. The symptoms of lakahan, such as redness, Shotha, Kandu, ant bites like Shoela, etc., were caused by the vata and kaha doshas leading to tridoshaprakopu with the affiliation of the pita dosha. However, the symptoms eventually went away on their own. Because Nidana and Lakshana are comparable, we can link some Sheeta Pitta cases to urticaria in the modern sense.
