ABSTRACT

Oxadiazole scaffolds are having massive potential against the broad biological activities. They are versatile pharmaceutical agents due to its antitumor, molluscicidal, anticonvulsant, anti-insomnia, antiparasitic, antiangiogenic. Many researchers have developed oxadiazole based bioactive novel chemical entities for the drug discovery and investigated their potential. In this review article, we tried to cover latest developments of oxadiazole moiety.
