HIDDEN FLORAL TREASURE OF PANGI VALLEY OF HIMACHAL PRADESH

ABSTRACT
The article briefs us about hidden MAP’s remote Pangi Valley of Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. The objective of the survey was to determine which Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) serves for the livelihood of the indigenous population of the valley. Data was gathered through individual interviews of focused group discussions involving the local resident and traders. From this information, we have pinpointed ten prominent NTFPs. These encompass medicinal flora, untamed consumable fruits, and various species.
