ABSTRACT Colorful new medicine delivery systems have been developed encompassing several administration routes to deliver medicines at a rate decided as per the need of the body during the course of treatment and to achieve targeted remedy, also decreases undesirable side goods. Different types of vesicular medicine delivery systems were developed, similar as liposomes, niosomes, ufasomes etc. Ufasomes are unsaturated adipose acid vesicles which is a suspense of unrestricted lipid bilayer formed from adipose acid and their ionized species having limited, narrow pH ranging from 7- 9. Composition of adipose acid motes is similar that the hydrocarbon tails are pointed towards the inner core of the membrane and the carboxyl group are in touch with water. Stable ufasomes medication substantially relies on applicable choice of adipose acid, cholesterol volume, range of the pH, buffer and lipoxygenase quantum. Recent invention provides veritably effective features similar as stability considerations, dynamic features and bitsy features of ufasomes.
