IMPORTANCE OF GENE THERAPY

ABSTRACT

Nowadays there is tremendous growth in various types of disease due to the changed life styles, eating habit, lack of exercise and unhygienic habits. Cardiovascular disease is one of the worrying alarm to people because of its fast growing nature. Not only elder people but also every generation is facing this problem. Gene therapy is the advance effective method to treat hypertension. The advance technology utilized to treat or prevent diseases by altering a human genetic makeup instead of using drug therapy. In case of hypertension which is one of the most common cardiovascular disease which has so many medicines in the market to treat disease but development in the gene therapy will be effective method to treat disease. To make ease and overcome some of problems in traditional medicinal system gene therapy is the most reliable solution.
