Aim: An attempt is made to analyze the physico-chemical parameters of the Tarunyapidikahara Lepa Churna including HPTLC. Materials and Methods: The pharmaceutical preparation and analytical study of organoleptic characters and Physico-chemical parameters of Tarunyapidikahara Lepa Churna were carried out. Observations and Results: The obtained results were discussed in the present paper. Discussion and Conclusion: The Tarunyapidikahara Lepa Churna is a simple preparation and can be
prepared easily with the available drugs. The HPTLC fingerprinting of Tarunyapidikahara Lepa Churna at different wavelengths was carried out. At 254 nm, 366nm and 540nm wavelengths 5, 10 and 7 peaks were found with different retention factors starting from 0.28 to 0.72, 0.13 to 0.089 and 0.17 to 0.72 respectively.
