Counterfeit medicine is a growing problem worldwide, with potentially serious consequences for public health. In order to combat this issue, there are various anti-counterfeiting measures that can be implemented. These measures range from simple, low-cost techniques such as labeling and packaging improvements, to more advanced technologies such as track and trace systems, holograms, and covert markers. Additionally, international collaborations and regulatory efforts are also crucial to prevent the spread of counterfeit medicines.
