DEFEROXIMINE IS AN EFFECTIVE DRUG IN LAST STAGE OF GANGRENE

ABSTRACT
Gangrene is commonly caused by infection of anaerobic bacteria. Drug gangrenebelongs to noninfectious gangrene the reason for reason writing this review article is to provide an introduction of Deferoximine drug and gangrene, its mechanisam of action pathology of gangrene, treatment, side effect etc. Deferoximine is medication used to treat the gangrene in last stage. It is an effect drug to treat the gangrene. This activity will also highlight the pharmacokinetics. 1) Identify the mechanisam of action of Deferoximine. 2) Describe the potential adverse effect of Deferoximine. 3) Review the appropriate
monitoring for patient using Deferoximine. Tretment of gangre invoves removing the affected tissue, preventing infecton or treating any existing infecton and treating the problem.
