Six formulations of Dolutegravir 250 mg were formulated by direct comparison using different polymers like Hupu gum, Gum Karaya & HPMC were used as rate controlling step. The formulation F2 was selected as an optimised formulation because it gives best results in terms in vitro drug release in controlled manner.
