ABSTRACT
Analytical chemists' contributions play an important role in science, beginning with the development of concepts and theories (pure science) for many practical applications, such as: B. Industrial quality control in biomedical applications, environmental monitoring, manufacturing and forensics. Analysis is the mainstay of modern analytical chemistry. Many analytical chemists focus on his one tool. Scientists usually focus on new applications or discoveries, or new analytical methods. Diacerein (DCR) [4,5-bis(acetyloxy)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-dioxo-2-anthracenecarboxylic acid. Diacerein directly inhibits IL-1 synthesis and release in vitro and downregulates IL-1-induced activity. It has been shown to have disease-modifying effects in experimental osteoarthritis models and in people with osteoarthritis of the finger joints and knees. Thus, diacerein slows all pathological
processes starting with osteoarthritis (OA) by inhibiting IL-1. Diacerein inhibits the synthesis of resorptive enzymes and reduces osteoarthritic differentiation/survival in subchondral osteoarthritis. Possible mechanisms of protective effect on subchondral bone remodeling.
Keywords: Diacerein, Aceclophenac, validation, RP-HPLC, osteoarthritis, Chromatography.
