PREPRATION AND EVALUATION OF HERBAL GEL FROM LEUCAS ASPERA EXTRACT USING POLYMERS

ABSTRACT

Herbal cosmetics for skin are basically powders, creams, lotions gels and deodorant, make up preparation etc. Plants are highly used for formulation of new drug products for cosmaceuticals. For formulation using various cosmetic ingredients to form base in which one or more herbal ingredients are used to cure various skin ailments. In this research, we were use plant that is lecuas aspera for preparation of Herbal gel. Herbal gel is topical dosage form used for antimicrobial, antifungal action.
