ABSTRACT
Type I interferon (Interferon, IFN) is an important class of cytokines, which is of great significance in autoimmunity, anti-tumor, and anti-virus. In this project, the THP-1 ISG (Interferon-Stimulated Genes) cell line was used to screen the compound library through high-throughput screening methods, aiming to screen out type I IFN agonists. Among the active compounds screened, Amphotericin B (AmB) was able to induce the production of type I IFN. Thus, we mainly aim to find out the mechanisms by which Amphotericin B regulates type I interferon (IFN)-β production in this review.
Keywords: Amphotericin B; high-throughput screening; type ? interferon; TBK1/IRF3 signaling pathway; THP-1.
