ABSTRACT

Solid lipid nanoparticles are rapidly growing drug dosage form and are revolutionary development in field of pharmaceutical with various advantages like controlled drug delivery system, targeted drug delivery system, good bioavailability etc. The market of SLN have grown vastly in last few decades. These SLNs comprises of solid drug with lipid carrier and are encapsulated by polymer for better efficacy. This article tells a compact review about solid lipid nanoparticles.
