ABSTRACT
In this paper shows medicinal importance of cucumis sativum as well as antibacterial importance of cucumis sativum. It is very beneficial fruit also used in medicinal purposes like curing The antibacterial activity of cucumis sativum was tested against 4 human microbiological pathogens Utilizing the Agar well diffusion method, an antimicrobial assay was conducted. The maximum zone of inhibition against S. aureus was demonstrated by a particular concentration of seed extract. All of these pathogens, with the exception of P. aeruginosa and E. coli (enteropathogens), were
extremely sensitive to the methanol extract. They arrived at the conclusion that cucumis sativum seeds may have broad spectrum antibacterial activity.
Keywords: Antibacterial, Enteropathogens and Inhibition Zone.
