Abstract

A REVIEW ON ANALYTICAL METHODS FOR ESTIMATION OF TENELIGLIPTIN AND ROSUVASTATIN CALCIUM IN BULK AND PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORM

ABSTRACT

Diabetes mellitus associated with dyslipidaemia is one of the most common in patient of type 2 Diabetes mellitus. The combination of teneligliptin and rosuvastatin is use to treat diabetic dyslipidaemia. This article is intended to highlight the analytical method of teneligliptin and rosuvastatin in individual as well as combination in bulk and pharmaceutical dose form. The aim of this review is to focus on update of determination of teneligliptin and rosuvastatin in bulk and in pharmaceutical preparation used in RP-HPLC and UV spectroscopic method. This review provides detailed information on separation for teneligliptin and rosuvastatin in single and combination dosage form.
