ABSTRACT
Natural plant with medicinal value play integral role in novel drug discovery system since ancient time nanoparticles play vital role in medical science and other various field herbal medicament have been widely used all over in the world for their good therapeutic value and have fewer side effect. Medicinal plant need a great approach to delivering their component in a control release, site specific in a good manner to avoid the repeated dosing and rise patient compliance. Nanoparticles of herbal medicine enhance the phytotherapeutic value and increase the bioavailablity of drug and decrease the toxicity. traditional system of medicine need a scientific approach in novel drug delivery system when we applied a new advancement for
increasing bioavailability of drug, sustained release site specific and it can overcome the repeated administration of drug. Catharanthus roseus is alkaloid plant it is indole alkaloid containing indole moiety and it is necessary for their anti neoplastic activity. The phytoconsituents of cantharanthus roseus vincristine and vinblastine widely use in treatment of cancer. In this study silver nanoparticles were biosynthesized from the ethanolic extract of catharanthus roseus leaf extract and evaluation done by uv visible spectroscopy and scaning electrone microscopy. In this review my persent study about the green synthesis of silver nano particles for anti neoplastic activity of catharanthus roseus leaf extract.
