Antioxidants are helpful in treating diseases including cancer, cardiovascular disease, and inflammatory diseases in humans because they lessen oxidative stress in cells. The antioxidant potential of extracts from the stems, roots, bark, leaves, fruits, and seeds of numerous significant medicinal plants is investigated in this work with special reference to Cocculus hirsutus.
Keywords: Medicinal plants, Antioxidant properties, Pharmacological activities, Cocculus hirsutus.
