Six formulations F1 to F6 was developed by simple mixing of ingredients and their Physical and chemical characteristics such as pH, Viscosity, Foam height, Foam retention, Anti-Microbial Activity, Skin irritation assessment, and other parameters were used to evaluate herbal hand wash, and the results were found to be within normal ranges with minimum to no adverse effect. Further the research work is extended in the next article to use agar diffusion method to find antimicrobial activity of prepared formulations of hand wash and check against various skin pathogens to observe considerable zone of inhibition compared with standard antibiotic drug.
