ABSTRACT
Since the down of civilization people have used a wide variety of plants to treat illness and deformities, people have utilized Bacopa Monnieri. The Ayurvedic medical system has used Bacopa Monnieri, commonly known as water hyssop and ―Bramhi‖. Since the dawn of time. It is a creeping plant that grows every year and is found in wet. This review focuses on studies that have identified the pharmacological and phytochemical properties of the plant Bacopa Monnieri, covering a wide range of its effect on hepatoprotective activity, anti-oxidant activity, anti-depressant, anti-epileptic, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and many other factors that can undoubtedly contribute of the improvement of humanity
