ABSTRACT
Skin infections are a growing concern for everyone nowadays. Human usage of harmful substances may have an impact on skin. This therapy involves the use of some medications or different kinds of chemicals. One of them is liquid crystal (LC). These are the substances that are used to preserve the solid-crystalline characteristic. The creation of monoolein before and after the liquid crystal phase. This falls into two categories: thermotropic liquid crystal and lyotropic liquid crystal. One is used for changing the temperature, while the other is utilised to dissolve the chemicals. It possesses certain distinctive physiochemical characteristics and microstructures. These characteristics could
improve a drug's bioavailability and penetration during several stages. The development of the transdermal medication may benefit from liquid crystal.
