A REVIEW TO TURMERIC POTENTIAL HEALTH BENEFITS

ABSTRACT
In ancient turmeric was used as a spice in Asian cuisine as well as medicinal agent for treatment of digestive disorder, inflammation, pain and other disease. Scientific name of turmeric is curcuma longa.turmeric was found in preclinical research that can affect variety of chronic condition. In past curcuminoid formations was observation in decade, dozens of clinical studies were toward the spice action on inflammatory condition and dysregulation. There are several component present in the turmeric to increase bioavailability like piperine when piperine combined with then curcumin is the increase bioavailability up to 2000 %. These review articles are health benefits
of the turmeric and curcuminoids for the treatment of arthritis, diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
