ABSTRACT

A respective aspect of cancer is auto immunity cell cycle control. Breast cancer mostly common found in women. In the world wide more than 2 million cases in 2020. In the year 2021 the breast cancer is in India is more than the 1 lakh. And in the year 2022 in India cases is above the 2 lakh diagnosed. Generally, this cancer most likely cause female cancer death. The breast health global initiative (BHGI) created and validated resource. Stratified guidelines (RSGS) as comprehensive tool set. The high-income countries (HICs) have make mostly cancer cases. In between the year 1990 and 2014. The death rate by the breast cancer 34% in United States attributable. From the study of history of breast cancer there is grow in the 5% per year. These disease affects the patients all physical, mental and social aspects of women life. Although, etiology of cancer is known, and it’s associated risk factors were identified. There is some factors such as aging, history of breast cancer and specific changes in the breasts. Genes changes, menopause and history of productivity. Breast cancer treatment is complexes and involves a combination of different modalities such as surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, harmonal therapy or biologist therapies. Currently, about 80% of patients with age >50 suffering from this disease. The risk factors of BC is significant includes both the modifiable factors. Breast cancer shows the variation with their clinical presentation, behaviours and morphology based on the m-RNA expression level of the disease.
