Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by bacteria, namely mycobacterium tuberculosis. Long-term use of anti-tuberculosis drugs has a side effect of hepatotoxicity which is characterized by increased levels of AST, ALT and bilirubin. The aim of this study was to determine the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis patients who experienced Drug Induced Liver Injury (DILI) at the Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang in 2019. The type of this research is cross-sectional descriptive, with retrospective data collection, using primary data from medical records. Djamil Hospital Padang in 2019. The sampling technique is total sampling, the method of data collection is to record the AST, ALT and bilirubin data that have received antituberculosis drug therapy compared to the normal AST, ALT and bilirubin values, the results obtained are percentages presented in tabular form. Patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis in Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang in 2019 had as many as 215 patients, who were included in the study inclusion criteria as many as 92 patients (42.8%).
