ABSTRACT
Nanosuspension technology has surpassed various Gordian knots like limited solubility, irrational absorption, low bioavailability, high dosing frequency of dosing, selecting and targeting to a particular site. Solubility is an important criteria to obtain desideratum concentration, drug effectiveness. Dermal nanosuspensions are principally of sapidity if conventional formulation approaches fail. The nanocrystals technology leads to an enhance the concentration grade amongst the drug formulation and the skin. The improved superabundance solubility leads to “supersaturated” formulations, increases the drug exploitation herewith the skin. This impact can further be increased. This present review article on nanosuspension is focused on the remedial applications in topical drug delivery.
