ABSTRACT
In evaluating drug products, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is an important analytical technique. Separate, diagnose, and quantify the different pharmaceuticals and drug-related degradants that can form during storage or production, as well as detect and quantify any drugs and drug-related impurities that may be introduced during synthesis using HPLC techniques. Validation is the process of determining a method's performance qualities and limits, as well as the variables that may alter these characteristics and to what amount. This article examines the tactics and challenges involved in developing and validating HPLC methods.
Keywords: High Performance Liquid Chromatography, separate, diagnose, and quantify, validation.
