ABSTRACT
The present study is aimed to increase the secondary metabolites production in callus induce from leaves of Tagetes erecta L. in vitro. Secondary metabolites was estimated qualitatively and quantitatively using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and compared with the mother plant. In order to increase the production of secondary metabolites, calcium carbonate (CaCO3) nanoparticle used at concentrations (0,75,150,225,300 mg/l). The results revealed that most of concentrations of CaCO3 nanoparticle caused highly significant production in most of the Secondary metabolites from callus leaves of Tagetes erecta L.
