ABSTRACT
According to the data obtained during studies on the treatment of candidiasis was found that in the subcutaneous administration after the first and second injection with a dose of C. albicans protein concentration at Subcutaneous level increased therefore Therapeutic effect of C. albicans proteins was studied in white mice. White mice were used to study the therapeutic effects of C. albicans proteins at doses of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mg/ml. Animals were infected i.p. with C. albicans strain CCM 335–867 suspension at a concentration of 20 million cells per 1 ml volume. Mice were injected s.c. in the upper
portion of their right hind paw with Candida cell proteins in a volume of 0.2 ml after 5 days, and then again after 14 days. The titer of certain antibodies during immunoassay was used to determine the animal's protective functions 14 days following each injection.
