ABSTRACT
Probiotic quality control products of numerous organization focused by worldwide. Several researches have highlighted the quality of poor microbiological of many formulation of commercial Probiotic in terms to identify purity, viability, thus, precluding the benefits of health expected & represent the potential health risk for consumers. As acid & bile tolerance is used to select Probiotic micro-organisms. Our results show the high quality of the population and the absence of contaminants. However, the formulation are tolerated in the acidic medium which provide further protection for the micro-organism.
