FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF HERBAL HAIR CONDITIONER FROM ORANGE PEEL & CURRY LEAVES

ABSTRACT
Current research involves the formation of an herbal conditioner to soften hair by using custard extract to test physiochemical, photochemical properties for testing properties. The main purpose is to reduce friction between the hair follicles so that it is easier to brush or comb. It is also tested for cleaning action, stability studies and dirt dissipation tests. : Current research includes making herbal conditioner to smooth hair using garden cress seeds and testing its physicochemical, phytochemical screening properties. The main purpose is to reduce friction between the hairs to allow for brushing or combing. It is also tested for cleaning action, stability studies, and dirt
dissipation tests. : Herbal extract of guava leaves, neem leaves, curry leaves, amla fruit, fenugreek seeds, hibiscus flower and aloevera. Extraction was done by Soxhlet extraction method using ethanol and water as a solvent. The mucilage of the garden cress seeds is used to smooth and strengthen the hair. After preparing the composition, other physicochemical properties such as pH, foam composition, viscosity, shape and humidity were tested.
