ABSTRACT
Nowadays the application of Nanotechnology has been increased broadly with new advancements in the area of regenerative medicine and has created hope for the development of a novel and Ideal means to control biochemical and mechanical environment for successful delivery. Biomaterials play a pivotal role in regenerates and replace lost/dysfunctional tissue or organ. Various approaches have been widely used in the advancement of this field such as top-down and bottom-up. Mainly improvement in scaffolding for cell growth, development of advance and effective delivery devices, modification in cellular level or development of Nanodevice such as biosensor. This review article elaborates on the different Nanomaterials used and their applicability in regenerative medicine and the development of this
field. The recent advances in their applicability moreover the key problems and challenges in using the nanotechnology-based approach mentioned with an overview on the likely future of nanotechnology-based Regenerative medicine.
