ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a honey anti-dandruff shampoo containing natural ingredients with a focus on safety and effectiveness. Removes dirt, dandruff, stimulates hair growth, adds shine, strengthens and darkens hair. The shampoo segment is perhaps the largest segment in hair care products. Since shampoo is one of the beauty products used on a daily basis, hair is a special and precious characteristic of a person. Since most of the ingredients in shampoos are chemicals, they are under serious attack for their potential risk of side effects when used. The main goal is to learn how to remove
harmful synthetic ingredients from Haney Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and replace them with safe natural ingredients. Attempts have been made to combine modern formulation techniques into formulations based on natural ingredients. Shampoos are prepared in varying proportions from extracts of honey, water, avergel and pepper essential oil. Several physicochemical tests were performed for visual evaluation, wetting time, pH, solids assurance, surface tension, detergency, dust dispersion, conditioning performance, and foam stability.
