ABSTRACT
Carbon nanotubes are one of the most studied materials in the world right now. It is the most desired material with electrical, mechanical and thermal characteristic properties. Research in this area is revealing a slew of surprises in fields including material science, physics, chemistry and biology; opening up an abounding of new possibilities for the application. In this review, we highlight the synthesis, classification, detailed agricultural application of Carbon nanotubes like Plant growth regulators, Biosensor, Seed dormancy and germination, Pesticide analysis and also the drawbacks that could lead to CNT toxicity.
Keywords: Carbon nanotubes, Agriculture, Seed Dormancy, Germination, Biosensor, Toxicity.
