CORONA VIRUS DISEASE: HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE, CLASSIFICATION, PATHOPHYSIOLOGY, RISK FACTORS

ABSTRACT

Due to the Novel Severe acute Respiratory syndrome Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID- 19) has caused a worldwide sudden and sustainable increase in hospitalization for Pneumonia with Multiorgan disease. This Disease is Largely transmitted by inhalation or contact with injected droplets in which patient is incubated for 2-14 days. Symptoms are usually Fever, Sore Throat, Cough, Malaise, Fatigue and Others. Demonstration of virus are diagnosed by Molecular Tests. Current Evidence like their Historical Perspective, Classification, Transmission, Risk Factors, Signs and Symptoms, Diagnosis, Treatments, Prevention, and Vaccines are Discussed in this Review.
