ABSTRACT
A lots of conventional methods in the field of therapeutic science have been modified to adapt and advance for the benefit of the patients and despite the notewortthy accomplishments acquired through these methods, there is still major requirements for the improvement on the various aspects which is early diagnosis of a certain diseases, effective way of drug delivery and a facilitated treatment of complex disease. The mentioned improvements can be achieved via re-modification of the existing methods or by implementing an alternative method. In this situation, nanotechnology can be used as a great option. Even though, pharmaceutical nanotechnology and nanomedicine is relatively new concept but, it holds a potential to change the entirety of therapeutic system. In this review paper, we are going to emphasize on the introduction to the nanoscience and its related concepts, physicochemical properties, nanosystem for the enactment, applications of nanotechnology in the various sub-areas of therpeutic sciences, understanding the safety of nanotechenology and nanotoxicology and lastly focus on the regulatory work on it.
Keywords: Nanoscience, Nanotechnology, Nanotoxicology, Diagnosis, Drug Delivery.
